My husband & I have taken our family cars to Hotei Motors since 2005. They are friendly, explain the diagnosis in "plain English" and always fix/ service our vehicles quickly, honestly and at reasonable price. The best shop in town for any Japanese car import.

I took my 2003 acura to them beginning a year and a half ago.. the dealer had tried to fix a problem twice, both times the problem returned. I called hotei motors and they told me what it was over the phone and that the dealer was wrong on their diagnosis. i brought the car to Hotei and they fixed it right away. they didn't charge me anything to diagnose the problem either and the problem has not reoccurred since. (brake light coming on for no reason.) they also took the time to explain what they did. really nice people.
