Grandma's oven top burners did not work from time of delivery and her old oven was taken away. Went in on oven with family/friends. Inorder to keep cost down was purchased at King's Appliance. Owner was notified immediately and after 2-3 requests sent technician. Technician stated he could not fix and would order new parts. Phone calls are now not returned. My last call informed King's that I would write review and notify Better Business Bureau of business practices if problem not resolved. Price of new oven at Home Depot was $400-$500. Price of non-functional oven at King's $350. Receipt states "No cash back and 3 month warranty" which should have been first clue that trouble was ahead. Unfortunately, did not read reviews until after encountering difficulties. Called Santa Rosa Police Department to report most likely a scam business. After reading reviews, it appears they make big bucks off from non-functional appliances obtained when delivering purchased items. So most likely will need to purchase a new oven from Home Depot and we are out $350 because we can't leave grandma without an oven with functional burners. Next step is Small Claims Court. So much for trying to save a little money.

Provided by YPmobileBought a used washing machine. Stopped working in the second load. They came to fix it TWICE and now again it has stopped with a tub full of water. Oh and they don't answer their phone.

Provided by SuperpagesOff to a bad start from the beginning they sold us a gas dryer and did not ask if we had an electric outlet ,so had to return same day. Bought a washer and matching dyer,however they brought us an LG touchscreen dryer instead of our matching maytag and stated they would bring the dryer to us once they did a few little repairs ,3 weeks max. Never heard from them again! And now 3 months later we have a broken dryer and a moldy smelling washer. Not happy!!!

Provided by SuperpagesNot a trustworthy place. Once they drop off the used appliance that you buy, good luck getting them to return your phone calls let alone fix issues that the used appliance's will have.
