The Law Offices of Julia J. Parranto is a premier personal injury law firm in Northern California. We handle serious personal injury cases, including any kind of traffic accident case, whether it be a truck accident, a bicycle accident, a motorcycle accident or an auto accident. Julia also handles dog bite cases and slip and fall cases. The difference between our firm and others is that Julia will take your case to trial if it needs to go to trial. Of course, 99% of our cases do settle, but they settle better if the insurance company knows that your lawyer will try the case if they don't offer enough money. And, sometimes, a case simply needs to be tried either because the offer is completely insufficient or because liability is denied. This means that we are paid out of whatever settlement we are able to obtain for you. When you initially call our office, you will be asked a series of questions by Julia's assistant to determine whether or not we will be able to help you. If an appointment is made, there is no obligation to sign anything or pay anything. If we agree to work together, then a fee agreement will be signed and no money will change hands..
