Lied to his client told her she would be legally liable if she didn't hire him to sue her employer. He then advised her to quit her job and lie to the EDD and say she was fired in order to extort 40k from her employee. Has no regard for ethics or law only wants to line his pockets at the expense of all others involved. After two rounds of EDD rejections he is still trying to find a way for his client to use lies to defraud government systems. Gives the whole legal profession a bad name should be stripped of his ability to practice law.
