I've bought several Metro phones, one from this location. The phone had issues after about 6 months. To make this short, after not going along with me buying a new phone, or them "buying back my phone" (discounted credit towards a new phone) they finally agreed to get me a new phone under warrenty for $20. They told me it would take 3 days. Two weeks later ("the other girl was supposed to order the phone, that is her job"), my phone was finally in. I was told the first time I went in that transferring my pics and videos would not be a problem. It was. My new phone didn't come with a battery so I kept my original one, no problem, except once they turned on my new phone and I asked about my pictures, I was basically told they couldn't be transferred since the old phone no longer had service. I told them that there had to be a way, and they ( a girl who I would assume was the manager, and a clerk) absolutely couldn't have cared less. I came up with several ideas, many of which they said couldn't be done, and when I pressed the issue, they finally admitted some would work. I finally convinced them that if I put a memory card in my old phone, transferred the pics and videos to the card, then put the card in my new phone, that would work, and it did. Of course they couldn't think of this, or any other ways to accomplish this task. Between the "manager" trying to figure out the cash on the computer, and the "clerk" coughing all over EVERYTHING including my phone, this was one of the top 3 worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. This is the very abbreviated version, I have wasted enough time with this issue. I like Metro (it is what it is), just not this store.
