I loved these guys right up until the time that they delivered the wrong pizza...twice. The first time I said nothing, the second time I did and they offered 30% off a future purchase and I accepted.

Tonight I called in to use it and they claimed they knew nothing about it and told me that if it doesn't pop up then they can't honor it, regardless of the fact that I have ordered at least 30-40 pizzas in the last six months. As a widowed father of three young kids, they were often my saving grace. Not anymore.

They were rude and acted as if I were trying to pull a fast one. That is not the way to handle a regular volume customer and it certainly isn't worth losing my future business over.

I will now take my business elsewhere and as a third generation Santa Rosan I won't hesitate to tell everyone and anyone who asks to stay away from Pizza Guys and to take their business anywhere else.

Best bread sticks in town. enough said.

Just tried this place for the first time, it was awesome! The ingredients are fresh.

The best pizza I've had. The part I like is that the crust is well done and you can really test the real pizza. Best Pizza Ever. Yummy
