The owner Steve, is a great mechanic. He is courteous and fair. However, he has a man answering his phones who is beyond rude. I had been a customer there before, called today to scheudle an appointment for brakes. Was told it would be in July and I replied "fine". Was then told that I had to get my brakes done where I had done them previously, that "Steven had looked at them before, as a courtesy". That was done along with other work. When I explained that I had moved and that the brakes were last done 500 + miles away, he said "too bad this call is over" and HUNG UPON ME. Sad for a person representing a business to act like that.
