The Birria De Chivo is one of the best I have ever tasted. The sauce flavor is delicate and not overpowering. PLenty of goat meat paired with the condiments and handmade tortillas. Cold beer. Can't beat it.
The Molcajete dish is unpredictable. IF the molcajete is too hot, it overcooks everything. When made right it is excellent.
