You get treatment by a Nurse not even real Doctors. My mother was sent to multiple doctors (which were not even the right ones she needed to see for treatment). After they could not give her treatment options the Nurse (Uda) wanted to send my mother to the UBH Center because according to her, everything was psychological & there was nothing wrong with my mother. Every time my mother would go in for her appointments the staff would laugh at her & say "here she comes again". The Nurse & so called M.A. would be litle her & make fun of her during the examination. I changed her to another PCP & he found multiple problems with her. ranging from a fractured colon to gastritis even a UTI. I am glad to say that she is receiving proper adequate care from an actual DOCTOR. Will be filing a complaint with the MEDICAL BOARD..This kind of patient care is HORRIBLE!!!
