I went to this salon 3 times, I really liked their work. On my 3rd visit the young lady didnt wait long enough for the polish to dry before the acrylic was put on, causing the silver polish to go over the red tips. No big deal just needed it fixed. The man running the front offered me a $5.00 discount HA!! I didnt have time to get them fixed so i called the next day, i told him i really wasnt happy and needed them fixed. i went in the following day and all 3 ladies were sitting there with NO customers and he refused to help me. he said I needed to call first and he had appointments coming.(so much for the "walk ins welcome" sign in the window) Of course he didnt want to fix the mistakes for free when he had paying customers coming. very very poor buisness decisions!! I will not be returning...if you mess up, you should take ownership and make sure the customers leave happy.
