It is a wonder anyone visits this store. I attempted to have my rotors turned ( a normal service on any brake job) when I didn't want to spend $30 extra for their rotor they had a host of excuses why they could turn my rotors. The most amusing one was they didn't have the proper way to do so. I drive an F150 Ford truck. YOU Mean you cant turn a rotor when Ford has made almost a billion of these trucks over the last 30 years? Wow! perhaps you could come up with a better lie. The next excuse was the rotors were soaked in brake fluid..... the rotors never saw brake fluid of any kind and one was brand new. That was a chemical that covers all new parts to prevent rusting, it washes off. Perhaps its time Pep Boys fired its staff and started over. Not to mention I did use parts cleaner to wash all the bearing grease out as a courtesy....

Not only were they HORRIBLE.... They kept my car WAY longer then they said they needed it and they caused more issues with my car then what it went it with. I went in for typical routine work......they charged me up the rear for it THEN they call me to tell me other things are now not working but they ordered the parts and are working on fixing it..... Yea right ! I have no car in the mean time no way to get there to get my car right now. DO NOT GO TO THEM !!!! DO NOT GO TO ANY PEP BOYS !!!!!! I will also be reporting them to the BBB
