This is the worst business, dentist or otherwise, that I have ever been to. It took 2 1/2 hours for two people for a checkup and cleaning and we were the first scheduled appointment. Then on top of the wait I was charged $145 for a procedure that I never agreed to. When I told them that I had said no to the procedure I was told, "sorry," but of course still had to pay up.



I have never been upset enough to write a review of anything before but then I have never been treated so badly.



I guess I should have caught on that during my cleaning the dentist was bragging about all the European countries he has visited. No wonder when they charge people for procedures that were never agreed to.



I gave this dentist one star because I was not allowed to give them negative stars. I would caution everyone to stay away from this dentist. Needless to say I will not be going back to this dentist.

HORRIBLE! wish I would have seen these reviews before I went there. Got 5k worth of dental work only to find out they did it all wrong and now I have to get $13k of work done to fix it!!!

I would give them minus stars if possible. My daughter has been going there for the past 5 years every 6 months, but the last few times we have gone there I have not been very pleased. Six months ago she was told she had no cavities and that her teeth looked great. When she went in 2 weeks ago she was told she had 2 cavities, that she needed a root canal, had 5 cracked teeth that needed crowns, that she needed a deep cleaning that was above and beyond what the insurance would pay and she she should have her wisdom teeth removed immediately. She was in no pain and having no problems, this was just her regular check up. I asked the office manager what could have happeded in 6 months to cause all these problems and she just laughed and said my daughter was falling apart. I of course asked for the records and wanted a second opinion. Getting the records were difficult, I paid 25.00 for each of my daughters records and it was not until I got home and opened them up that I found that my yonger daughters x-rays were not current. I called them and they said that they "lost" my her current x-rays and gave us a copy of the old ones, which of course did not do us any good. I would recommend anyone to think twice before considering this office for thier dental work.

Both of my kids went in at different times, and were told by the xrays they had no cavities. Both kids had cleanings, my oldest said they did not use flouride or floss, the second child had both since I told them they did not do it with my other child. The first child was told by the dentist that she had 2 cavities, after they had told her she had none (she has not had any in 10 years), and by the time she was at the front office, they told her she had 3 that needed fillings! My other child after being told he had no cavities, was told he had 2 by the time we were leaving. None of this makes sense, and I will not be going back! I will be taking my kids to my Moms dentist to see if they do indeed have cavities. I think they need the money, the office was empty, and very cold. It used to be busy all the time before it was sold. Bad choice and bad feeling.
