This company lies at every turn just to get you off the phone. I have had unexplained long term outages also. Foreigners who have no morals, lies, lies, lies. I have contacted the FCC and will be contacting the states attorney general. If anyone is interested in a class action law suit to recoop wasted money, I am all for it and will help in any way possible
