Don't use this company if you need equipment in a timely manner. They lie about when they submit your insurance information to your insurance, and they lie about following up. I made one call to my insurance company over a week after they said they submitted it. That one call informed me that they didn't get the request until today and that it was approved the same day. They told me it took two weeks to get approval. It took one day. Two weeks was their excuse for dropping the ball. Not only that, but Karen from Medical West just hung up on me. Take your business elsewhere. You'll be happier. They don't care if you stop breathing when you sleep.

Saw Susie this morning for a new cpap machine. I have been on a cpap for 6 years but this is the first time I have used Medical West. Previously I had to use another company under a different insurance company. Prior to meeting with Susie, communications were with Kylie and Carrie. After this morning I am looking forward to working with Medical West for my cpap needs. Never will I go back to Apria. Medical West is customer focused in my opinion and top notch.
