I broke down in the area and was stuck for a few days so I ended up eating ihop all 3 days. I called in my orders and was put on hold for 7-10 minutes. Each time I called back they did it again! When I got my food it was either undercooked, cold, wrong, or things were missing that I was charged for. They kept forgetting my silverware and pancake syrup too, and the staff members were rude and unaccomidating to my problems. Most of the staff at this location are 15-17 year old teenagers that prefer to socialize and goof off over doing their jobs. Not a good experience at this particular ihop. The manager was only in her 20's so, she didn't care about my problems either, and the main ihop national line was closed for some reason so I could not relay this to them. This rating is for this individual ihop, not all if them as a whole.
