Staff is very professional and friendly. Made me feel comfortable from the second I walked in until I left. On my first visit went in with little movement in my arm and neck and left feeling like myself again!

He has helped me so much with lower back pain that I even have come in for treatments after moving away from here. I see him every time I come back to Sapulpa.

Dr. Chai was a referral from a friend who was trying to help me with some back issues I had for years. He actually called me and explained in detail what he did and set up a time for me to come in. Decompression helped me beyond what I imagined it would do. Also the light laser treatment has helped as well. I now have less pain and more mobility than in months. You will be so happy with this office as they listen and care about you and your problems. I recommend his office to all my friends. He even does regenerative medicine and medical tourism for the really tough and difficult problems. He has the magic touch.

I have been seeing Dr. Chai since August of 2019. He has been wonderful and caring and very helpful with my pain. I see them 3 times a week due to the injury. His staff is amazing. His son Jeremiah Chai is a Chiropractor also and has helped when Dr. Kim Chai has been unavailable. I would recommended Dr. Chai to everyone. I've been going to chiropractors since I was a kid and most of the ones I went to would only see you for about 10mins and know matter what you told them was bothering you they would adjust you the same and didn't seem to really care. At the Back and Neck Clinic you can tell they really do care. They work to fix your problems and not just cover them up. They also actually listen to what you have to say and have so many more treatment options. Definitely the best Chiropractors I've ever been too!

Had intolerable back pain and numb left arm... Doc x-rayed and found degeneration in neck. After only 3 visits, I'm a new man.
