All I can say is you had better be happy with your order the first time if you get delivery. I have worked at this Mazzios before. I had to quit because of my health. I loved the food, and It's always good IF you dine in. The owner Mike is an AWESOME BOSS!! He is kind, considerate, and cares about his employees.

However, today is my first wedding anniversary. My husband and I decided to order Mazzios over Pizza Hut. BIG MISTAKE. Our order was one of three our delivery driver took. We were last. When it arrived, the mozzarella sticks were cold. The pizza was "lukewarm" and chewy. We didn't even try the dessert pizza. I called the call center in Tulsa to complain, as this was NOT what Mike would consider, or anyone for that matter, acceptable. The lady I spoke with at the call center said they would take care of it and send out a fresh order, and rush it.

About 7 minutes after I talked to her, the manager named Shelby called me on my cell phone. She RUDELY advised me that they will be taking back the old pizza. I was shocked. I paid $35 for this order only to have it arrive late AND cold. She continued to be argumentative and rude to me, so I hung up the phone.



I am NOT an employee anymore, I am a CUSTOMER. I SHOULDN'T be treated like that. No matter what!!! I did not get rude with her, I didn't argue with her or anything. I will be contacting Mike first thing Monday morning to see if he condones this type of thing. I doubt it.
