Provided by YP.comThe customer service at the Sapulpa Wal-Mart is the worst I have ever experienced. I have vowed to never shop there again and I recomend you do the same. If you do have to shop there avoid anything in electronics because you only have 15 - 30 days to take anything back if they take it at all.
I had my reciept from Wal-Mart in Pryor from a purchase for a Virgin Mobile mifi. The device would not take a charge and over heated when plugged in. The Wal-Mart employees had no idea what it was and refused to refund my money. They could not exchange because they did not carry the model I had and were essentially clueless.
The manager could have cared less, they were unfriendly, unhelpful and the most ignorant people I have encountered in years.

Provided by YP.comNo one ever offers to help you if they see you wondering around. They do not speak or are their greeters friendly. Of course if they paid their employees better and treated them better perhaps they would be nicer to the public. Most cashiers are very friendly though.
