Provided by YP.comI am NOT pleased with Vapor Kings (Sapulpa, Oklahoma) right now. We purchased 2 of the JoyeTech sets total cost of $140 plus at least $150 or more in juice and tanks extra. 16 days after purchase the battery on one of the units will not work and come the find out, the manufacturer does not warranty their units (does that raise any questions?) Additionally I was told by Dan that they guarantee them out of the goodness of their hearts for 14 days, but anything pasted that -- TOO BAD $30 for another battery that may onlly last another 14 days. I love the equipment, the service is great, but this little find print about the warranty is never mentioned. They only offer a used one not of the same brand out of the "bin", If I am purchasing an item for $70 each and can guarantee the battery for 30 days, their is something wrong in the manufacturing, or it is a great scam.

Spoke with Jennifer at the Sapulpa store via FaceBook and they are going to try to resolve the problem. Let you know how it turns out

Provided by YP.comI have had a very good experience with the Sapulpa Store, their store hours are from 11am to 7pm mon thru fri. and 12 to 6 on saturday.

Provided by YP.comHad a very poor experience. Had a problem with an accessory and the Manager never smiled, never said sorry, never made even the smallest attempt to make me feel appreciated. The manager was smug, had a demeaning attitude, and was generally not interested in my problem at all. I will be driving to a location farther away to spend my hard earned money because this was an incredibly bad experience for what could have been a very simple issue.

Provided by YP.comThe assistant manager helped me, she was thorough, and very up-front about what was best for me. I appreciated that very much. The one thing that left a "bad taste"in my mouth (excuse the pun), I picked out 2 flavors, paid, went to my car and my loved one told me that I had the flavor wrong I picked for her. I immediately walked back in and asked if I could trade it and every employee in there said NO, you can't trade them once you buy them. I can understand if I had drove away, or waited a day ...it was literally 2 minutes. I get that "rules are rules" but the seal wasn't even broken and I was a brand new customer. I left feeling like they must think I'm dishonest or maybe it was that they have so much business, mine wasn't any big deal. Customer Service is still very important, even if you're happy with your product.

Provided by YP.comI love the vapor kings store in Sapulpa . They have a rewards card and they display their products very well . The employees are all so friendly and helpful . I will buy all my supplys from the Sapulpa store from now on .
