I always order the same thing usually the older Chinese lady picks up the phone, I give her my order I ask her to read it back to me "second bad experience" only for her to skip my question & sayin "30 minutes", I go to pick up the call in & get up their I check the bag & it's wrong I tell the older Chinese lady the order isn't right she yells at me & starts slamming stuff saying "that's what you ordered" and she went on & on. Make sure it's right..

My sister once went theirordered a combo over the phone ssame lady said "egg roll or coke" my sister said neither got up their changed her mind she said ill take the can drink " drinks being in arm distance" drinks are no extra charge, older Chinese lady was rude again my sister didn't get the drink..
