Reviews really ought to allow for negative stars. This place is awful. The employees are incompetent and the food is terrible, more so at night. The first time I went was in January 2015. They didn't give me all of our food and I didn't realize until I got home. I had to go back and they tried to give me the cold food. I told them nevermind just refund the charge for that meal. The girl gave me $2, the meal was $7.60 ish+ tax. I told her that amount wad not correct and she said that's what the computer said because there was a discount for a combo meal. When I asked what she was talking about, she said the combo meal makes it cheaper than buying each item separately! (Wow right) So, I told her to ring up that same meal as if I were buying it, so she did and it was like $8+. I told her that's what she owed me. She said she couldn't do that because that's not what the computer said. I then asked for a manager. The "manager" came to the window and thrust $20 at me then shut the window! My daughter went by tonight, May 2015, to buy us dinner. They messed up every order, all the food was old and cold and the drinks flat (sweet tea had soured). I called and this is the exact conversation: Man - "Hello!"

Me - (hesitant right number?) "Is this Sonic?"

Man - "Yeah."

Me - "may I speak with a manager, please?"

Man - "dis him."

Me - "may I have your name, please?"

Man - "uh..uh...uh... My name David Wright."

Me - "is there another manager I could speak to?"

Man- "day a lotta manager's here what choo need?"

Me - "my daughter was just there and our entire order was wrong, the food was old and cold, and the drinks flat and rotten."

Man - "how much you pay?"

Me - "$37.82".

Man - "hole on.... Okay you'll come back up here tomorrow and we'll make it over for you."

Me - "ok, thanks."



I will be going, but only for a refund. I will not get food from there ever again.

Bad Management

The General Manager of this store does not know what she is doing.

She is wanting the employees to serve left over meats and gravy to people. Brings her child to work and it run around the store getting close to hot fryers and grills. Fires someone because they get hurt while using roller skates and on the clock. Gives the store keys and access to computer and safe to a car-hop, because she does not want to get out of bed that early in the mornings. Hiring all of her friends or friends of friends and making managers out of them.

Now I don;t know about you, but I myself don't like bull like this. And some of the car-hops has some bad attitudes when yu order. Complaints ha been made but as of yet nothing has been done about it...
