I have been to the Pendragon just a few times over a period of about 10 years.....after tonight's (the opener of "The 39 Steps" - their spin on Hitchcock) performance, not only will I be back, I highly recommend you ALL go too! With a cast of 4....all but one playing multiple roles, even a non-theatre person wouldn't be able to restrain from laughter! The talent that is in this small (approx 110 seats) theatre is phenomenal! They quickly through in - not so subtle - references to Hitchcock's most famous flicks and did it in a way that made it enjoyable and funny! I sincerely hope if you live or visit the area, you will spring for the dinner & show option (dinner from Nonna Fina - which is a delight as well) or in the simple $20 ticket for a great 2 hour show! Very entertaining and fun for young and old alike! I plan on seeing it again while I am here as well as another show! Yes, it was that good...and best yet, my husband agreed!
