Terrible - could have made a better bouquet with Costco flowers myself. Flower bouquet I ordered was beautiful online but when delivered was very sloppily put together. Nothing like the picture and smaller than what we paid for.

I will never order from this place again. We received 3/4 of the roses we ordered in a vase that had clearly been reused, all that for a very steep price. We called them to try to find a resolution but they would not hear us and kept telling us to call FTD.

Avoid them if you can.
