no help at all… very rude people… we bought shirts for everyone in our family that is 11 or it should have been got home and forgot our 1 grandaughter shirt. I called directly to the store asked if I payed the cost of all would they send me a shirt. She said I would need to come in well I would but I am in Ohio..sorry we can't and hung up...
