STAY AWAY !! THIS GUY IS NOT SOMEONE YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. HE BACKS OUT OF RESERVATIONS at the last minute. Unprofessional. Reported to BBB and the Florida DoT.



I had confirmed reservation for RT between Tampa and another location --- two months in advance. I have all his emails with pricing amounts, locations, phone numbers -- the whole chain of dialogue.



Three days before the trip I emailed and confirmed all the details. I then get a nasty reply that the cost listed in one way, vice round trip. Note his original email was " $$$$$ ALL INCLUSIVE" Don't know about you but "ALL INCLUSIVE" means "all inclusive".



I went back and accepted the new price, but included his original email quote with the price and the ALL INCLUSIVE. I stated I understood the change but please be careful of what you define as all inclusive as it is misleading for a ROUND TRIP QUOTE ---- which he promptly said was the price for one way and that I should "CALL SOMEONE ELSE" I never asked to cancelled and had even accepted the double price for the trip --- but he was nasty, curt and cancelled my reservation because "he can".



Frankly --- I can't believe he stays in business and does this to long time paying customers. He is curt and nasty in emails -- even when you have his original email quotes with the prices you confirmed with him.



AVOID AVOID AVOID.



THEY ARE NOT COURTEOUS !!!! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL !!! THEY ARE NOT A BUSINESS FOR ANYONE TO USE
