Stay away from this company. They totally ripped me off. Management there is unskilled at communication and completely unprofessional. I warn anyone that is looking for a plumber to do their research first and scroll through their reviews and you will see that this reveiw is not the first and that the rudeness and lack of customer service is very real at Daniels Plumbing.

This company gave me a verbal estimate of $300 - $400 dollars to install fittings for vanity bathroom sinks. They came into my home and admittedly busted a cast iron water valve in the process. The technicians gave me a new estimate of $400 -$500 to fix a pipe they broke claiming that the pipe would of eventually broken and that it was good that they broke it. I accepted this although not happy about it. When they were completed with the job they handed me a bill for $1000 and demanded I sign it.

I contacted Rob the manager and asked how an estimate could be 200% off? His statement to me was I was a complainer and that he was not going to even meet me half way. Also he raised his voice over talking demanding that he be heard. I totally got worked over by a bully in the business. I was left with no other alternative but to wish Mr. Rob well. Need less to say I will never recommend, or have anything good to say about the way Daniels Plumbing operates or handles their customers.
