We had to go with this company for our new pool as it was the only one offered by my home builder. After we closed on the home there were several visits by Elite Weiler to fix incorrect electrical setup by subs and a leak inside the pool. It took several calls on our part to get this all fixed. Now the pool is just under 2 years old and we have pipe under the patio causing a major leak. Elite refused to come out and look for the leak. We paid $250 for a private company to find the leak. Elite will stick by their 1 year warrantee, but problems after 1 year and you are just out of luck (even if it may have been faulty installation in the first place). I am very unsatisfied with the level of service offered to us on our first pool. Shop elsewhere is my recommendation!
