My friend and I went here and bought the eye gel which we like. We went back for our complimentary facial in November 2016. The retail area is clean and attractive BUT the facial area and restroom is filthy! The sheet and headbands were dirty and stained!! Will never go back. Plenty of nice salons and stores to purchase facial products. Also, their pricing is very strange. Prices are very high and as you resist the prices come waaaay down. Stay away!

$1600 to purchase beauty products promising to make skin youthful, reduce wrinkles quickly, etc. My daughter and I spent a fortune after receiving free facials. It was amazing the difference in tone, etc in our skin in a matter of minutes. In talking with others they confirm and we do that they are putting something in the in store product they put on customers' faces that puff up the skin. But that ingredient IS NOT IN THE EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS we walk out the store with. It's a scam!!!! We've been using the product for 5 months - absolutely NO RESULTS.
