Evergreen Realty's LuAnne Wilson was my leasing agent for a Condo lease in the Sarasota Meadows. On move-in, the condo was in A-1 shape. Over the 8 years of the lease, all problems big (such as a flood in the utility room-on Sunday) and small (a plugged up toilet) were responded to immediately and the needed service was at my condo w/i a couple of hours. Lu Anne was always available to solve problems and offer information to a new resident on shopping, restaurants, and services.

Beware of using Evergreen! Luanne is very unprofessional. Discriminates and talks down to people! This is not someone you want to have to deal with when renting your home! Disaster!

What a wonderful experience I had with Evergreen Realty. I had a property in Sarasota in which LuAnne Wilson handled the rental of (for a very reasonable rate). I live in central Florida and can't be as hands on as it needed. LuAnne took care of everything from screening tenants, collecting rent in a timely manner, resolving maintenance issues, and doing all the move out procedures with returning the deposit etc. I couldn't have been happier and highly recommend LuAnne Wilson for real estate dealings.

Just called Evergreen Realty on Friday at 7pm inquiring about a home they have for rent in my neighborhood. The agent arrogantly asked me to call back on monday, She rushed me off the phone like I was bothering her. So much for customer service. Wonder what the homeowner and her broker would think of the exceptional service she provides.



Wouldn't recommend Evergreen. Two thumbs down!
