Mary Hart is a physical therapist and the founder of Hart Physical Therapy, a hands-on therapy practice aimed at re-educating people to attain optimal health and wellness. In 1982, Ms. Hart received a degree in physical therapy from the University of California's School of Medicine at San Francisco. She went on to complete an internationally recognized certification program in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Vallejo, California. During her three-plus decades of practice, Ms. Hart developed what is now known as The Hart Technique, a non-invasive, collaborative treatment method for regaining neuromuscular and musculoskeletal health while enhancing functional mobility. Treatable conditions include acute injuries, motor vehicle accidents, persistent pain from old whiplash injuries and even after joint replacement and spinal surgery, osteoarthritis, neck and low back pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and restless leg syndrome, osteoporosis, neuropathy, stroke, Parkinson's, MS, pelvic floor, rheumatoid arthritis and cancer.
