I had great customer service, and the sales associate was friendly and helpful the delivery crew did a great job, and addressed my concerns about delivery great job!!

Two years ago we bought furniture from Savon (Now Kanes) and it took three tries for them to get our delivery correct. When we went back to ask the Sales person to help, we got nothing from him. We recently moved back to Sarasota and wanted to buy a piece that matched our previous order and against our better judgement ended up back at Kanes. Once again, we didn't get our full order and the main piece we needed was on back order. We were not informed and was very disappointed when only one of the two pieces we ordered didn't show up with the delivery. AND we had told this salesperson about our last experience...to no avail! NEVER AGAIN...nothing but a bunch of sales people with no follow through!
