LawnKing has serviced my yard since my new sod was installed. It looked perfect i.e., "the best yard in the neighborhood" as described by several neighbors. However, after august's treatment, my yard slowly browned. I called the company and they sent the tech out to treat the yard for what they said was fungus. Hmmm. my neighbor's yard had no fungus. But, they treated the yard and it continued to brown. I called again and asked them to send someone out to to review my yard. I received a call back from "Jeff" who advised that they "apparently cannot satisfy me" and they wish me well and luck with another company but they can no longer work with me....and by the way, you have a balance for the last treatment. Amazingly poor customer service. i think it is time i ask the bbb to be involved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

If I could select ZERO stars for the quality of the service I would. I completely agree with the other review of this company's "service". I used them for 5 years, and my lawn was okay. But this year something changed. The technician serviced the lawn, yet it died. Now I have to have new sod installed. LawnKing customer service is nonexistent once you have trouble with your lawn. Take my advice: select a different lawn care company.
