I totally got ripped off! 1st, I went into the store and noticed new management. I asked how much phones were and was told a price. I went back few days later to purchase a phone for my son as his broke and now the price was $10. more and was charged for a Bluetooth that I didn't want. Manager said it was in the discount and I was not being charged. I called other stores and found out that they charge less and I wouldn't have to get this Bluetooth. I tried returning the phone the next day and was told I couldn't because it was an upgrade. Overall I spent $21.39 more then if I were to have purchased it at a different location.

I luv these guys, they are so cool and so relaxed. No contracts, no pushy, good quality phones, and excellently priced service!!! They are awesome!!! Only drawback is their service territory, not as widespread as the others, but for me, and the little travelling I do, Not a problem! Keep up the good work, and don't get like the 'others'!!!

This store is terrible. Young girls who don't speak english very well. I tried to call the customer service number & never got to talk to anybody. My bill is wrong and the store associate didn't know what to do. My phone drops all the time. This is suppose to be a warranty exchange location but she had to order it! What a waste of time.
