My mother pre-paid for services to save family the stress. Don't believe it! It took 13 DAYS before the cremation was completed!! All I can picture is my mother being kept in "storage". This facility is licensed by the state of Florida-perhaps they should have their business practices re-evaluated.

Fine print on website talks about 3rd party fees beyone their control, however, when first talking to a planning counselor they DO NOT tell you what fees are until check is ready to be written. ASK ahead so you're not surprised.
