I want to let you know how much I appreciated doing business with you all. Paul handled my order from beginning through final billing and I couldn’t be happier with how personable he is, his professionalism, and his unfailing promptness. I never had a single phone call or e-mail that wasn’t answered within half a day, most within minutes. Your team even went the extra step of offering 50% color saturation for one of the colors in order to save us some money which we opted not to do. Why should we when your printings are so competitively priced? The final product was flawlessly done exactly as we had wanted them and the quality and color saturation was just as it should be. When I went to pick up the order, it was carried out to my car for me, I believe, by the owner himself! Not surprising since his company’s quality of work and excellent customer service attest to his being a hands-on and conscientious owner. There had been a change in my original order and therefor a slight glitch in our favor on the final invoice. When we called to let you know, Amber rectified the oversight over our expectations quickly and gracefully. Of course, Paul even followed up on that to ensure that it was taken care of and to our satisfaction! Overall, by far the best customer experience I have had in years from either small local businesses or large national corporations. As a small local business, we like to utilize other small local businesses when able. I am so glad that we do, since that led us to you! We will certainly be using your services in future and recommending you to any who ask!!! Best Google Search result ever!!! 
