Case Manager assigned to my family was unprofessional, did not respond to requests for resources, and created a hostile environment on our in home visits. Very obvious there was lack of training, experience or true desire to do what is right for children. Also manager acted like a Mental Health Counselor but lacked the credentials to work out side the scope of her practice.

Good on appointment time, good psychiatrist, but rude nurse. Never know if they get my messages because of failure to return phone calls. The waiting room needs work. Don't like having my messages ignored. Good luck.

Our experience with this place was a disaster from the moment we called. Extremely unresponsive staff, ridiculous time trying to get appointments, disgusting waiting room, and the Psychiatrists were really terrible. In a 3 month period my daughter seen 3 different Psychiatrists, received 3 different diagnoses, 2 of which gave her a diagnosis and prescriptions within 30 minutes and the 3rd one telling us the other 2 always diagnosed EVERY patient with either Bipolar or Tourettes??? We were also informed by the psychiatrist that they NEVER actually get lab work back. This was our first experience with the mental health industry! We have since found competent quality care and doctors elsewhere. No one needs to nor should they subject their children to this place!
