Same here this company is a joke or better to I say nightmares....
Stay away from this M***** F*****

100% agree Robinson Land Surveying did surveys on our Sarasota County project. Serious errors occurred, costing thousands of dollars in additional professional fees and extensive time delays. In a private conversation,

My wife and I have had a home in Sarasota for nearly 14 years and have completed a few major renovations which we used Robinson's Survey several times. We are now having a new fence installed between our neighbors yard and ours and can't seem to identify the markers. I called Mr. Robinson's office to ask if he could come out to help us identify his previous markers. They quoted me a price of $210.00, which we feel is outrageous since the full survey is $350.00.
As a realtor in NJ and about to retain my Fla. real estate license, I now know who NOT to USE for my future clients.

They've done a good job for us on numerous occasions.

In a private conversation, Tom claimed that he did not have professional liability insurance in effect at the time of the survey and would work on making restitution. Later Tom engaged an attorney. We were left holding the bag and bearing all expenses.
