Had lost my card. No problem , the lady working replaced the card in minutes. With a smile. Everyone in the stor was helpful and all were happy to help us .

the store was excessively dirty....and no one seemed to be doing anything about it.when i asked to see a manager i waited 20 minutes to talk to mike the store manager...all the time i spoke to him he was distant and seemed more bothered that i was there rater than trying to help me.not to mention all the employees on the floor where stuck on registers and there was no one to help me find what i was looking for... let alone lift it......how can a business run like this if the customer needs are never met??? i will no longer shop here im canceling my membership and going to bj's.and i will also be calling home office.
