The classes here have really taught me great self defense lessons. I use to do taekwondo but I never really felt comfortable in a fight. Shaolin do has taught me a lot about Chinese martial arts and I am really grateful for the teachers

This is a great school for families. There are children's and adult's classes for Kung Fu. The instructors are great and the learning atmosphere is really good for learning.

The Tai Chi class has become my favorite thing to do during the week. I really love the beautiful forms that I learn.
