I have been in the store three times and i am always greeted with a smile.

The first time I went in, I was looking around for engagement rings to try to figure out the style I was looking for. I described this to the gentleman that had greeted me and he took me right over to the perfect ring!

The second time I went in, it was to repair a piece of jewelry that my mother gifted me about 20 years ago. Again, I was greeted with a smile and was helped right away. He was very personable and gave me a quote that was very reasonable, so I decided to have Silverberg Jewelry Co. repair the ring.

A little over a week later, I received a call that the ring was ready. The same gentleman that had helped me previously remembered me and even asked me questions about the conversation we had the week before. He even told me that the repair came out under the original quote. It is very refreshing to encounter such honesty.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseBarbara, the store manager, couldn't have been more helpful to us in picking out just the right engagement ring. We had been to several other jewelers. By and large, they only wanted to know our budget, not our taste or anything else. It certainly helped that Silverberg has a very nice selection, but it was the personal service and of course the price that sealed the deal. Best of all my fiance loves it

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Very shady! The lady seemed to be making fake calls to the owner. It felt like being at a used car lot with serious hustlers. We spent about 5 minutes deciding between three rings and the lady yelled at me for being difficult. Unbelievable. This was supposed to be a special day. Please don't go to this place for anything special.
