I have been going to dr melo for the last 4 months and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! My last doctor retired so I had to change, and I’m not one for change so I was very apprehensive but knew I had to make the choice for a new one. So I started making phone calls, and I got Jessica on the phone, not only was very professional but sooo nice and answered all my questions and helped me ease into this process. My first visit was coming up and I was nervous. I got to the office and finally met Jessica and then Dr. Melo! I definitely made many phone calls trying to find a doctor hoped that the choice I made was the right one, and honestly, I could not be happier! He has dealt with everything I’ve needed with care compassion and ease. I think my favorite part is that I can see him for any and everything and if I need to be referred to a specialist he takes care of that it’s just really nice to not have to see 15 different doctors! He is everything I need in one spot always available by phone communicates everything so that I’m not left in the dark and nothing is a surprise I just could not be happier with my decision to go to him and I plan to have him as my doctor for a very long time so if you’re looking for a doctor that actually cares and takes the time to Make you feel like you’re important Man Dr Melo and Jessica are the way to go if I could give them more than five stars I would!!!
