BUYER BEWARE!!!

Murray, Ardene and Bernie switched out and stole my family 1.5 ct diamond.

I couldn’t believe it when I picked up my ring for repair. (Repair was a horrible job!). They switched out my original diamond to a smaller diamond. I noticed it right away!!!

Murray tried to assault me after I asked for my diamond back!

I’m warning others of my horrific experience with Murray, Ardene and Bernie at The Family Jeweler.

I have taken many items into Murray to be repaired. He has always returned my jewelry, watches, etc. quickly and for a reasonable price. I adore his sense of humor, which can definitely be misunderstood. My biggest beef is that he doesn't carry the kind of jewelry I like.

ZERO STARS....if it was possible. BEWARE - DO NOT GO IN THIS STORE. The owner, Murray Margolis is one of the absolute rudest people alive. He obviously doesn't like people and has no business running a business. I bought jewelry in for a repair and when it was there for 45 days he left me the nastiest, most unprofessional message that I have ever heard a so called business state. He left on my VM "if I have to look at this bracelet one more time I'm throwing it in the scrapper. Consider yourself WARNED"! Then he hung up. The bracelet was only there for 45 days! Unbelievable.....he must really need the $18 repair money. I mentioned to him when I picked it up on how nasty I found his message and he went off on me. I've NEVER dealt with anyone so rude in my life. I guess we know why there is never a sole in there! BTW - the work was so badly performed that I had to bring it to another jeweler to have it fixed. I told him what had happened and he said that he hears that every week about the Family Jeweler!
