I encountered a situation where my Husband sent a package to Toronto but forgot he sent it with stamps and not UPS ground. I was very frustrated because I didn't have a receipt and my sister did not receive her Birthday Card and Check. Akshay Kshetrapal, the new owner of this location, did an EXCELLENT job of looking for the receipt , asking several questions to figure out the situation and calm me down. Akshay solved the issue and the next day my sister received her package. This situation was resolved in a very professional and timely manner. Akshay is an asset to the UPS franchise and will be successful in any business he pursues. Cynthia Arcaro
