Tracey picked my grandmother and I up. Very sweet and very careful as the roads were not that great!

Angel went above and beyond to make us feel safe and went into great detail sanitizing the vehicle prior to pick up. She even provided complimentary masks and hand sanitizer!!! Totally unexpected but very much appreciated. COVID19 made us adjust to the new normal yet Angel made us forget all about the pandemic outside during our ride. She went above and beyond and is a late night super hero! Thank you, Angel. You are a breath of fresh air! I appreciate you and your commitment to your customers.

The girl who picked me up was very nice and polite. I only used the service to get to my car the next morning after being downtown the night before. But I would use them again anytime!!! Great company and fair prices!

I needed to be in Ballston Spa by 8am and I live about 30 miles away, I called A&H the day before and they said no problem. The car was at my door at 7:15am. The driver was very friendly, the car was clean and the whole experience was awesome. Definitely recommend them. Easy to deal with.

I called and requested a cab when one would be in the area, Whenever they got around to it as I was in no hurry to make the 1.1 mile trip to pick my truck up from the garage. I was told they would call when someone was in the area. About ten minutes later they called and stated they had one free'd up and would send it my way. One well worn out Dodge Caravan arrived. We drove the 1.1 miles up the road and when we arrived the driver asked me if they told me how much it would be? I said no they didn't and she said it's going to be $15.00. $15.00 for a 1.1 mile one way ride. I was under the impression the prices are made up as they go along. I went to call the office as that sounded like an absurd amount of money and there was no answer and no return phone call. The vehicle itself was rattling and shaking. I'm not sure how it passed a state inspection. I would avoid this service or get the cost in writing before you get in one of their taxis.
