Had a great experience with the doctor and staff. I found it to be a warm and welcoming environment. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for psychological services.

Started my first appointment off by having their short tempered, demeaning staff telling me I owed a $70 cancellation fee for a debacle scheduling my first appointment. They gave me a billing number to call which nobody picked up on. Was already upset by this and in tears by the time I got to see the intake coordinator. The intake coordinator told me they aren't a match for me, before we even talked about anything.

Then Dr. Christopher-Sisk came in and basically said the same thing. I'm not a match because I can't afford her fees. She then said I had to leave out the back entrance and physically blocked me from leaving out the door I came. I refused, and took the front door, so she followed me outside trying to block me and informed me that she called the police on me for making a disturbance (trying to leave) and I had to stay.

After waiting 10 minutes outside in the freezing cold with her snickering, no police came. I left when my fiance picked me up. When I got home, state police were at my house. They said they were called by Dr. Christopher-Sisk to make sure I made it home. I left with my fiance, a fact that this heterosexist untrained psychologist couldn't fathom. I told her he was my fiance when I left. It was extremely inappropriate and insulting. If my fiance were a woman I would not have been treated this way.

I can't believe how unprofessional and untrained this psychologist was. Reading reviews on other sites I see similar experiences. I don't think I can ever go to a psychologist office again.

Do not go to this practice if your child may get sick! Our son was diagnosed with pneumonia and we called immediately following his doctor's appointment to reschedule an appointment for the next day. A YEAR LATER, we received a bill with a $70 cancellation fee. We made MANY attempts to contact ECS with no response. Finally, we went to the office with proof of the doctor's visit and phone call. We were told WE were TOO LATE. We had to pay the now $135 fee or risk our good credit. VERY UNETHICAL PRACTICE!!
