Awful and dishonest business. I literally felt sick when I left because their staff lied over and over - overcharged me, tacked on fees after fees. I ended up having another eye exam done out of my own pocket because I didn't trust these and guess what, they were wrong! Do NOT go there!!!

I have been going here the last few years because the company I work for has a contract with them for our optical insurance. Every time I go there is a long wait and it feels very disorganized. My visit this year was the same old, but I had another event. The girl who initially checked me in said I could throw out my old contacts seen as I was overdue for a pair and they were very worn. So I took them out and took a seat. The doctor called me back and told me never to throw my contacts out because they need to see how they fit in my eyes. So I had to come back and see him to see how they fit after I got my new contacts. Lack of knowledge and miscommunication between the staff. Very frustrating for customers. If this wasn't the only place my insurance worked with, I most definitely would choose somewhere else.
