Can't get enough of Fresh!!!

Blake and Jamie are a great team!! Blake did my services. Amazing Job!! AMAZING !!!!

i received a gift certificate for this place and had an absolutely terrible experience. upon arriving there, there was one other person getting their hair cut. i sat down in the chair and began explaining that i wanted a trim and some highlights. apparently i didn't get scheduled for both so they said i could come in another time but i declined and instead decided to go somewhere else for the color. upon leaving, the owner came over to ask me if everything was okay. upon telling her that i had a bad experience and that i didn't understand why an empty place was turning away business, she invited me to leave and said the rest of my gift certificate was not welcome there. what bothered me wasn't that they needed to make me aware of their extremely busy schedule, but rather the condescension and snottiness on the part of the owner. rather than attempting to improve the experience of one of their customers, she was very rude and badgering. she even followed me out on the street to yell at me! it was very unprofessional. in addition, they made money off of the gift certificate that someone purchased for me as a gift and my friend is embarrassed that she sent me there. overall, terrible service and terrible staff. would never go again or recommend this place to anyone in saratoga.

Love the girls at Fresh & Co. Thank you Blake for making me look and feel beautiful. Kelley you did a great job on my hair. I will be back the next time I'm in town.

the salon is beautiful and jamie is amazing. blake is not warm and very very snotty.

Fresh & Co is a delightful salon. The ladies there are very nice and seem put a smile on everyones face . Blake and Jamie are very professional, and have a great staff!!
