Very pleasant people! So kind and professional. They came and fixed my rear windshield the day I called. Took a while (about an hour) but the job was done well. I highly recommend!

Great work,fast and courteous. I'm very happy with the work done to my SUV.The price was reasonable and they came to my house to repair the windshield.

I had a windshield replaced on my Element. It was like brand new when they finished. Tech was pleasant and professional and explained to me why it cracked. They took care of things with State Farm.
So I went back for a couple stone star repairs. One was really bad and I didn't think they'd be able to repair it but they did. And because there were two stars and one was small, they gave me a little break on cost. I liked that.

Fast friendly and professional. They did the job right on the spot . And they will come to you wherever you are. HIGHLY recommended.

I concur w/ Pundit...and would like to add my experience. I started out with the Saratoga location (and it appears manager owns/operates both Saratoga and Clifton Park branches). We are not done dealing with this company at the moment but can express the stress levels and frustrations up to this point. We are beyond disgusted with their lack of culture and communication within this business. The on site replacement =improper installation and further damage to the vehicle. We'll see how well they address ALL our issues/concerns through their "warranty."

They improperly installed my windshield. Their ad says lifetime warranty but I was given the run around and then told they never installed a window on my car. They were Very rude!!! Go to YP under windshields and pick one that starts with S in Queensbury, NY. They will treat you like a human being and do warranty their work.
