Horrible horrible front desk never went back .could not even work with the miserable woman at the front desk doing insurance.dont waste your time with this office .

My name is christal, and im postin this bc ive had the best experience at lake dental. dr.anderson is super nice, knowledgeable n efficient at his job. I would recommend neone to this office. the staff is also fantastic n super sweet!! I thank all of them for being there when I needed them and to continue doin a fantastic job as they always doo. please go c dr.anderson at lake dental!!!

Dr. Anderson and his staff are very professional. He has helped me with several very difficult procedures always paying attention to detail so that things fit. He takes the time to listen. The staff have done everything they can to help my insurance pay for what I need. Yes I have to wait for appointments, but haven't found anyone else who will even take my not so great insurance.

It takes a long time to get an appointment and if they cannot contact you the day before your appointment, they cancel the appointment without notice. Then expect you to wait months again to reschedule. They also do not tell you this verbally, only post a sign in the waiting room that they reference after you are cancelled.

Worst dental care I've ever received. 99% of the staff are unprofessional - examination room/ tools were far from clean. Not sure how this office is still in operation honestly.

These people are absolutely rude! I called them just to see what insurance they took and if they took mine and they were rude about it. The first lady had to get someone else on the phone that still did not understand what I was trying to say. The "chick" even had the nerve to say OMG to me while on the phone. If you do n't have the patients to deal with the public then get another fing job.

I went to this dentist to day and loved it everyone was very kind Dr Anderson and Michelle were awesome thank you both

My experience with this office was amazing the staff as well as the front was very knowledgeable and professional and collet was very nice and kind and helped me from day one. The office offers Iv sedation and they participate with a lot of insurances that other offices won't even consider taking. I have referred many people and they have all had a wonderful experience as well.

I was scared if the dentist for years till I found this place the dentist is very gentle an is very nuce.My only complaint is that the girl at the front desk collet isn't so nice.shes very rude an doesn't know how to handle herself properly in situations.

Awful awful awful. The new dentist is terrible and the word gentle is not in his vocabulary. Save yourself the time, pain, and expense and go somewhere else!

One of the most gentle and caring offices I've been to. The only reason I give them three stars is because of the horrible front desk staff. Colette is rude and completely incompetent and is the sole reason I won't go back. After reading other reviews I see this is a common complaint. A shame she has to ruin what could be a great practice.
