Provided by YP.comWent there to look at a 08 Tundra. After working with the dealership to come up with the right price for the vehice they asked for a deposit to hold which I paid. The rep said he would call me in the AM to set up a meeting. Later that night after taking my deposit I recieved a call saying someone else had also placed a deposit and that I would get a call another call in the AM to let me know who ended up with the vehicle. Well no call came in the AM, even after I left mesages to get called back. Finally I reached the sales rep and he said that the other guy got the vehicle and that I would get my deposit back asap. Why take deposits from more than one person? Had I known I wouldve said not to. Now I am waiting to get my deposit back so I can go purchase a similar vehicle from another dealership.

Provided by YPmobileLove Mazda. Did not like, or appreciate the salesman (Chris Hayes) . Pushy, misrepresented the brand Mazda, and the New country organization. The manager of the dealership did his part to make it right, but when I asked about more I was told he had to do nothing, so take his offer or leave it. Rude I think. Just question everything. If you can avoid Chris Hayes I would. If not ask ask for another salesman and hope they don't encourage such behavior and salesmanship from all their employees!!!

Provided by YP.comI am 66yr old, have severe spinal cord injury, and service dog.
Bought new 2009 Miata Grant Touring from Rt 59 New CountryMazda
Saratoga Springs, NY. Excellent sales.
Car refused to start cold (20s) morning. Service told me to drive
it more. My friend said the small battery looked used. Spoke to the
service manager who would not go the 1.5 miles to check 2-week new car
with <100 miles on it. Told me to hire a free tow firm and have it towed
the 1.5 miles. Yup, lot of class shown to a disabled man with $35K car and service dog and cane. All class.
A friend brought me home, we hd a mechanic check battery, had him replace it, and not a problem ever since. Looks like they dumped a well-used battery into a NEW car you save time, effort, money.
WARNING: I am very vocal -- Use the Saratoga Mazda service at your perile. The way I was treated who lives so closeby defines gutter-level contempt. Stay away.

Provided by YP.comVisited the service department twice with two different cars. The first visit I caught the service representative in a blatant lie. The second visit was a warranty issue. Both instances they saw the problem with the cars but couldn't or wouldn't fix it. Why take your car to a dealership that is dishonest and incompetent. To be fair I've never bought a car there so maybe the sales department is different, or at least I hope.
